My Body, My Choice?
Down by the daycare, where I teach at, Bill yanks the blue, crochet
llama from Sally’s clumsy fingers and swings the doll in front of her
tear streaked face.
Late in the afternoon, I clock off for an out of state appointment
to avoid imprisonment in Texas. Deadbeat Baby Daddy pushes my hand
forward on the gearshift with glee.
